POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a hands‑on Principal Enterprise Architect who will serve as the senior-most architecture leader across platforms, applications, data, and cloud. This role sets the strategic direction for our next‑generation digital ecosystem—including microservices, event-driven architecture, DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering—and also leads a team of architects (solution architects, platform architects, data architects, and domain architects). This leader drives both architecture strategy and people leadership : shaping the roadmap, mentoring and developing architects, reviewing designs, and ensuring technology decisions align with business outcomes. The role blends thought leadership, execution excellence, and strong architectural governance. This is an onsite position, located in Springfield, Missouri.
