Position Summary A Wish Come True (AWCT) is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Major Gifts Officer (MGO) to help build and strengthen a comprehensive fundraising program that supports wish granting and ongoing resources for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. The Major Gifts Officer will play a critical role in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors, while managing a portfolio of 200+ individual and corporate supporters . This position will also support AWCT’s preparation for a potential $5 million capital campaign , including donor research, campaign planning, and lead gift development.
