Job Title: Order Entry Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Order Entry Coordinator to join our team located on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. This role is pivotal in processing digital orders, handling customer inquiries, and managing warranty claims to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Answer calls during shift hours and address customer inquiries. Process digital orders from our website and other platforms. Manage customer call returns and take orders over the phone. Assist customers with shipment status, billing questions, and warranty claims. Handle payment and fraud issues related to orders. Manage invoicing at the end of each day. Become a subject matter expert in sales tax and Avalara, ensuring all forms are collected and uploaded accurately.
