The Benefits Specialist supports the administration and operational management of the organization’s employee benefits programs, including medical plans, ancillary benefits, leaves of absence, and workers’ compensation. This role serves as a key resource for veterinary clinics and internal partners by providing guidance on benefits processes, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring accurate and compliant administration across a multi‑state workforce.
