The Portfolio Program Management Principal serves as a thought leader and consultant, planning & facilitating demand triage & governance forums. This role is responsible for managing a single enterprise workflow to take value driven ideas from concept to execution and facilitating cross-DRIVE Domain/Portfolio governance to deliver value within the one FedEx operating model, while ensuring the right level of rigor and visibility is provided for desired outcomes.
