Job Description Strategic Planning: Ensure system and administrative processes are updated within the program(s) you manage for a successful execution. Remain in alignment with institutional, state, and federal regulations, suggest updates, modifications, and create new policy within your program. Research, recommend, and create new and improved ways to help staff understand the program better to assist students, ensure the program is operating on a high level, and collect data for feedback and improvements. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure you are up to date and adherence to federal, state, and institutional regulations. Stay abreast on policy changes and new trainings stemming from Higher Education resources, such as, Department of Education and NASFAA.
