Project Controls Manager establishes and operates the integrated project controls framework to manage overall project performance across Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk and interfaces. He/She leads the integration of controls processes, ensures alignment among packages/disciplines/organizations, and manages technical and execution interfaces to prevent gaps, overlaps, and out-of-sequence work. The role also provides Owner-side oversight of the GC(General contractor)’s schedule progress, payment progress, and actual performance verification, ensuring KPI and reporting integrity for reliable decision-making by the Client.
