Overview: The DOT Compliance & Fleet Safety Specialist is responsible for administering and overseeing the Company's DOT and Fleet Safety programs to ensure strict adherence to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) and internal policies. This role manages the end-to-end execution of driver qualifications and drug and alcohol testing while monitoring fleet safety data and compliance trends. Additionally, this position serves as the primary support and alternate point of contact for the Sr. Manager of DOT Compliance & Fleet, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all regulated driver records.
