Job Title Senior Compensation Analyst Job Description The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support for various compensation projects across People Inc. The Senior Analyst will also provide guidance to Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and managers and partner closely with the Finance and HR Operations teams.
