Position Description & Qualifications We are seeking a Program Director to oversee execution of a large-scale Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This role combines executive-level leadership , Engineering, and business capture to deliver mission-critical solutions for U.S. customers in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of P&L portfolio management , large-scale program start-up , and high-value organic growth . Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Oversight: Direct P&L for a portfolio of Task Orders funded by a variety of Mission Partners on multi-faceted, sole-source IDIQ vehicle Ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met across multiple Task Orders.
