Summary Oversees and organizes the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing) program for assigned areas. Manages internal and external recruitment efforts corporate-wide. Responsible for developing the recruitment strategy, identifying, and courting the appropriate talent for open positions. Acts as trusted client advisor and relationship manager combining leading-edge resources and technology to deliver best in class talent for critical business needs.
