Position Summary Incumbents of positions in this series conduct inspections and maintain and administer the Divisions’ inspection program for MassDOT and municipally owned bridges in accordance with the requirements of the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations, 23 CFR Part 650 Subpart C.
