Job Description The Role GM's People Analytics CoE is looking for a Sr. HR Reporting Analyst to join its Global Workforce Reporting team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reporting support across HR and business teams by developing solutions leveraging Workday reporting functionality including reports and calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets. You will have comprehensive Workday reporting knowledge, understand Workday data structures, processes and advanced reporting tools which will enable you to guide the overall design from ideation to development, delivery and enablement. You will utilize Workday and other HR data sources to manage and fulfill reporting requests from different stakeholders including but not limited to Managers, HR Partners, HR COEs, Finance, and Legal teams.
