About The Role: As a CBRE Property Administrator, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities. This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. What You'll Do: Work with Property Managers to find opportunities to improve service delivery to customers. Verify the database of management, insurance, tenant and leasing contract information is accurate and up to date. Review and code vendor invoices, billings, expense reports, accounts receivables and contract execution process. Support the contract and RFP execution process.
