Description The Assistant Manager, Talent is responsible for working across various assigned team projects, across both program development and execution. Majority of the work will be execution focuses across talent initiatives/projects under senior team members' guidance, as well as contributing to program development. Daily responsibilities include workstream management, this includes workstream planning, tracking, status reporting, data analysis, insights gathering, and ongoing communication with stakeholders. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for assisting senior talent team members with research, content generation, and communication across projects. He/she will liaise and collaborate directly with various teams and other external stakeholders to ensure workstream milestones are kept on track, key delilverables/deadlines are met, and any concerns/issues are flagged.
