InterMetro Industries is seeking a Customer Service Rep I (CSR I) for our Corporate HQ located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The Customer Service Rep I provides consistent, exceptional support of daily activities with customers, sales representatives, internal customers and department members in maintaining proper level of service. Primary Responsibilities: Provide timely support regarding customer inquiries, orders and problem situations of a routine nature. Coordinate involvement with CSR II’s and CS Supervisors as required. Review and process incoming orders accurately, including but not limited to confirming contact and billing information, pricing and promotions.
