PKL Recruitment are looking for a Facilities Coordinator for our client – a leading global financial services provider. Location: Fortitude Valley QLD Salary: $75-90k (Experience Dependent) Schedule: Full-Time (5 days in person) Role Overview: The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building assets by proactively identifying and resolving issues to avoid business interruptions. This hands-on role involves daily site inspections, coordinating with vendors, and working closely with Building Management and Engineering teams to maintain optimal facility conditions. Salary – depending on experience anywhere from 75k base – 90k base Look for people that have facilities management or coordinator experience in a corporate setting.
