Job Description: Front Desk Associate – PADELHUB Overview The Front Desk Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional member and guest experience at PADELHUB. This role oversees reception operations, customer service, bookings, communications, and supports the overall functioning of the club. Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesMember and Guest Management · Greet members and guests warmly and professionally. · Provide tours of the club and explain amenities. · Assist with inquiries about facilities, memberships, schedules, and services. · Manage reservations for court bookings and activities using PlaybyPoint. · Promote and sell memberships, Academy Programs, and private lessons. · Onboard new members and assist with app/account setup and bookings.
