JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Follow daily production schedules and assigned priority rankings - Perform accurate setup of injection molds, end-of-arm tooling, robots, grinders, and related equipment - Troubleshoot molding machines and adjust processes to bring parts into specification for size, appearance, flash, splay, cycle time, and quality - Process a variety of materials, including but not limited to ABS, PC, PP, and Noryl - Measure and visually inspect molded products for surface and dimensional defects using precision measuring instruments - Enter production data into the ERP system, including machine downtime, scrap, and maintenance information - Initiate and submit maintenance work orders for equipment and molds as needed - Contribute daily toward achieving departmental efficiency targets and minimizing scrap rates - Verify presses are running at standard cycle times and report any variances - Maintain organization, cleanliness, and a safe work environment at all times -...
