You’ll be in the field, learning fast, and delivering clear, actionable reports that shape real capital decisions. What you’ll do Perform on-site visual assessments of roofs, building envelopes, structures, architectural systems (and sometimes mechanical/electrical or site infrastructure). Gather data, review drawings, and enter findings into our software tools (examples: SLAM CAP, VFA, AssetPlanner).
