JOB SUMMARY The Safety Specialist is responsible for driving safety execution, compliance, and risk reduction across assigned Distribution Centers. This role serves as a visible, floor-based safety partner, influencing leaders and team members through real-time coaching, proactive risk identification, and consistent application of safety standards. This position requires independent judgment, strong ownership, and 60%+ on-floor presence to ensure safety is integrated into daily operations while maintaining high standards of documentation, communication, and accountability. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Safety (with a dotted line to the DC General Manager).
