Job Summary We are looking for someone to work with us in our parts & service department as a counter person. The job would require working with customers, working around the mechanics, bringing in stock, working at the cash resister, relaying information to the customer about their repair, and loading equipment into vehicles while delivering great customer service. This role is open to candidates of all backgrounds and abelites. Responsibilities Greet the customer, uncover their needs, and recommend a solution. Operate cash register and computer. Participate in mandatory freight process. Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of parts and supplies. Assemble and stock merchandise. Perform janitorial duties. Oversee equipment repair processes and ensure compliance with safety standards. Support demand planning efforts by forecasting parts needs based on service schedules.
