Macaulay, the original transformers since 1959. We are New Zealand’s largest, kiwi – owned metal recycling business, selling over 100,000 tonnes of scrap metal each year! We are looking for outgoing and physically fit individuals to join our team in the front Buying Shed at our Tauranga yard. In this role you will be assisting with unloading and purchasing of metal that is brought into the yard by members of the public. Day to day you will be working alongside our busy Buying Shed crew to identify, weigh, sort and then move product for further processing. You will also be responsible for keeping the area swept and tidy. This role will involve daily use of forklifts to move product from the buying shed through the yard.
