Summary: The HubSpot Administrator serves as the technical owner and strategic architect of Jet OUT’s HubSpot platform across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs. This role goes beyond basic CRM administration; you'll design and maintain the underlying data architecture that powers our revenue engine, enforce rigorous data hygiene standards across the organization, and serve as the go-to resource for HubSpot training and adoption company-wide. You’ll leverage HubSpot’s AI-powered tools including Breeze AI agents, predictive lead scoring, and conversation intelligence to drive efficiency and surface actionable insights. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role working closely with the Vice President of Revenue, Sales Directors, Marketing, and Client Experience teams.
