JOB TITLE: Bunkhouse Supervisor LOCATION: Sitka Sound Seafoods GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for all bunkhouse operations. Provides and coordinates employee transportation to and from the airport. Welcomes and orients new employees, assigns rooms as approved by management, maintains records of occupancy, explains and enforces company bunkhouse rules, maintains bunkhouse in a clean, orderly manner. Ensures the safety of all occupants, tracks maintenance. Works with employees to resolve issues fairly in accordance with NSPI values. This is an hourly position that will assist with various plant and office tasks assigned. This position will report to the Plant Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcomes new tenants to bunkhouse.
