Flourish & Yield is currently seeking experienced and reliable Property Preservation Contractors to join our team in Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, and Hancock counties in Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule, and contribute to the upkeep of residential properties. Services include but are not limited to: Occupancy Inspections Initial Securing — lock changes and rekeying Lawn care and maintenance Trash-outs and debris removals Janitorial/cleaning services Boarding up windows and doors General repairs Tree trimming and removal Winterizations Gutter cleaning Equipment Needed: Smartphone with mobile application to submit all work from the field Truck & Trailer or Van Lawn Equipment Air Compressor Hand tools and power tools Additional equipment may be required depending on the work order assigned.
