Experienced Property Preservation Contractors Needed

Flourish & Yield is currently seeking experienced and reliable Property Preservation Contractors to join our team in Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, and Hancock counties in Indiana.

This is an excellent opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule, and contribute to the upkeep of residential properties.

Services include but are not limited to:

• Occupancy Inspections
• Initial Securing — lock changes and rekeying
• Lawn care and maintenance
• Trash-outs and debris removals
• Janitorial/cleaning services
• Boarding up windows and doors
• General repairs
• Tree trimming and removal
• Winterizations
• Gutter cleaning

Equipment Needed:

• Smartphone with mobile application to submit all work from the field
• Truck & Trailer or Van
• Lawn Equipment
• Air Compressor
• Hand tools and power tools
• Additional equipment may be required depending on the work order assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
• Ability to use the PPW app to document work and photos (training provided if needed)
• Access to email and high-speed internet
• Ability to complete orders by due date
• Good communication — must relay all issues or delays promptly
• Working knowledge of the property preservation industry
