PORTLAND PROMISE CENTER Executive Director Position Overview The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and servant leader of the Portland Promise Center (PPC), providing strategic vision, operational leadership, and community engagement to advance the organization’s mission. Reporting to the Board of Directors and accountable to the Board Chair, the Executive Director partners with staff, volunteers, and community stakeholders to strengthen programs, expand impact, and ensure organizational sustainability. This position is responsible for building strategic partnerships, leading program growth, and collaborating with the Board to develop strong funding and outreach strategies that support long-term success.
