Café Grounded is hiring a dependable and hardworking Kitchen / Prep Team Member to support our café kitchen operations. This role is essential in helping us deliver fresh, high-quality food items and maintaining a smooth, organized back-of-house. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients and food items according to café recipes and standards Assist with daily prep (washing, chopping, portioning, stocking) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and prep areas Follow food safety and health guidelines at all times Support kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service periods Help with opening and closing kitchen duties What We’re Looking For: Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn and take direction What We Offer:...
