Kitchen Staff

Café Grounded is hiring a dependable and hardworking Kitchen / Prep Team Member to support our café kitchen operations. This role is essential in helping us deliver fresh, high-quality food items and maintaining a smooth, organized back-of-house.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to café recipes and standards

• Assist with daily prep (washing, chopping, portioning, stocking)

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and prep areas

• Follow food safety and health guidelines at all times

• Support kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service periods

• Help with opening and closing kitchen duties

• Prior kitchen or food prep experience preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

• Willingness to learn and take direction
