Job Summary The Locust Valley Library is seeking a part-time Adult Services Librarian to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the public, providing thoughtful reference and readers’ advisory service, and helping patrons navigate both traditional and digital library resources. The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to adult programming, including book clubs and community-focused events, and to serve as Librarian-in-Charge during evening and weekend shifts. We are a welcoming, community-centered library, and we’re looking for someone who brings a strong service mindset, is comfortable with technology, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
