Job Summary The Human Resources &; Compensation Manager is responsible for designing, administering, and monitoring compensation programs, onboarding programs for select classification, and maintaining and enhancing HR policies that support Milwaukee Public Schools' Talent Management division. This role ensures that compensation structures are competitive, compliant, and aligned with district workforce needs, while supporting broader human resources operations in a large public-school environment. The Salary range is $125,000 - $135,000 (12 months/260 days).
