Position Overview Breaking the Cycle is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Executive Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our women’s residential substance use treatment program. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical services, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and sustainable program growth. The Executive Director will play a key role in shaping the culture of the organization, supporting staff, and ensuring the women we serve receive compassionate, effective, and trauma-informed care.
