Job Summary Westwood Fellowship is an authentic, relational church in Woodburn, Indiana, established in 1896. Woodburn is a small town near Fort Wayne, offering a perfect blend of rural, small-town living and the convenience of a nearby large city. Over the past year, we have had an intentional interim pastor to help us plan next steps and the overall search process. The church is next to a new housing development and within walking distance. It seeks to become more outreach-oriented. On Wednesday evenings, the church hosts an outreach program for children and youth that has been highly successful over the years. Westwood is an excellent opportunity for a relational pastor passionate about reaching the community for Christ. We are prayerfully seeking a Spirit-led pastor, a devoted follower of Christ, who will inspire us to make disciples who make disciples in our local community.
