Job SummaryWestwood Fellowship is an authentic, relational church in Woodburn, Indiana, established in 1896. Woodburn is a small town near Fort Wayne, offering a perfect blend of rural, small-town living and the convenience of a nearby large city. Over the past year, we have had an intentional interim pastor to help us plan next steps and the overall search process.

The church is next to a new housing development and within walking distance. It seeks to become more outreach-oriented. On Wednesday evenings, the church hosts an outreach program for children and youth that has been highly successful over the years. Westwood is an excellent opportunity for a relational pastor passionate about reaching the community for Christ.

We are prayerfully seeking a Spirit-led pastor, a devoted follower of Christ, who will inspire us to make disciples who make disciples in our local community. The ideal candidate must be authentic, relational, and able to teach God’s Word with clarity and conviction. We value a pastor/teacher who can relate well to all generations and understand each generation’s unique needs and perspectives.

Our service is at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday mornings. We also offer Midweek programming.

Pay: $48,153.45 - $57,991.25 per year
