Outside Sales Representative

Field-based within a two-hour driving radius

About The Role

Join us in launching an exciting new delivery program in your area! As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in recruiting local businesses to join our delivery partner network. This position offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork and remote tasks, with opportunities to earn commission.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective businesses in targeted towns (up to two-hour driving distance).
• Present and pitch the program to generate interest and onboard new partners.
• Qualify prospects and guide them through the application process using Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls).
• Build relationships with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Maintain accurate records by importing Excel data into Salesforce weekly.
  
  

• Experience: 1–2 years in sales and/or customer service; outside/field sales required.
• Technical Skills: CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, professionalism, and urgency; strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
  
  

• Field-based role: 4–5 days per week in the field, remainder remote.
• Monthly phone bill allowance.
• Commission structure tied to partner application milestones.
  
  

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.50/hr.
