Griffin Ford is a high-volume, full-service dealership with a growing commercial and fleet division. With a 35-bay service facility, heavy truck capabilities (up to F-550), and mobile service offerings, we are built to support businesses that rely on their vehicles every day.
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Fleet Sales / Commercial Account Manager to grow and manage our fleet customer base.
- Develop and grow relationships with local businesses, contractors, and fleet accounts
- Prospect new clients through cold calls, in-person visits, and networking
- Sell Ford commercial vehicles (Transit, F-Series, Super Duty, etc.)
- Assist customers with vehicle spec’ing, ordering, and upfitting solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to delivery
- Work closely with service and parts departments to support fleet clients
- Maintain ongoing relationships for repeat business and service retention
- Sales experience preferred (automotive or B2B is a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
