Miriam Park Slope is the original — the Brooklyn neighborhood restaurant that started it all in 2005. Chef Rafi built Miriam on vibrant Israeli-Mediterranean cooking: scratch-made hummus, wood-fired proteins, bold spice, seasonal produce. Twenty years later, we're a growing 6-location NYC restaurant group and still cooking everything from scratch, every day.
We are hiring for a full-time Line Cook for dinner service at our Park Slope flagship. If you take pride in your mise en place, move with purpose on the line, and want to grow with a group that promotes from within — keep reading.

Growth path across 6 NYC locations (Park Slope, UWS, UES, West Village, Tribeca, and more)
Stable, full-time hours with a consistent schedule
Work for a chef-owner who's been in the kitchen for 20 years, not a corporate office
