Datamatics, Inc. is looking for Candidate Support Representative who will provide end-to-end support to candidates for exam-related queries, scheduling assistance, and service requests while ensuring a seamless candidate experience for an international exam at our Livonia worksite for 10 months requiring in-person attendance at the office. The temporary assignment will work approximately 40 hours per week.
Compensation for this role is $17.00 per hour
Key responsibilities
- Respond to candidate queries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist candidates with exam booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation requests as per policy.
- Provide information on exam processes, eligibility, system requirements, and test-day guidelines.
- Handle candidate concerns, complaints, and service requests with empathy and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and actions taken in support systems.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Deliver a positive and seamless support experience.
