IT Support Technician Level One
Youngstown, OH 44505
Wage Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour (starting wage)
We are looking for a professional IT Support Technician who will be the first-line of help for an over 1000-employee, multi-site organization. This role will help to keep teammates productive by resolving issues across Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365/Outlook/Teams, remote access, printers/labels and phone lines. You will work with a well-managed ticket queue, communicate clearly, and hit SLAs.


  • Triage and resolve tickets via phone/email/chat; document steps and outcomes in the ITSM tool and meet/beat SLAs.
  • Rebuild, reconfigure, backup and restore computers
  • Update, upgrade, maintain administer and provide support for hardware and operating systems
  • Hardware and software tracking via carriers and employees
  • Contribute concise, visual knowledge articles for the top issues; maintain runbooks; keep the queue clean and data complete.
  • Provide direct assistance to Network Engineer and VP of Technology with varying tasks.
  • On site at our Youngstown offices with limited remote work.
  • Full Time (Monday thru Friday)

Job Requirements:
  • 1-3 years IT support (Service/Help Desk) or equivalent training/certification. (preferred)
  • Associate’s degree (or greater) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred)
  • Clear, empathetic communication (written and verbal), customer service mindset, and disciplined documentation.
  • Business-hours coverage Monday- Friday, plus rotating after-hours phone support for priority incidents and outages.
  • Occasional lifting of IT and office equipment
