JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview This role is responsible for leading

the overall performance of the construction division, with direct accountability for financial results, operations, project execution, and business development. The position works closely with field leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to a high standard of quality while supporting long-term growth of the division. \_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\_ Key Responsibilities Financial & P&L Leadership Own and manage the division\'s profit and loss performance Review job costing and financial performance on a monthly basis Approve and review purchase orders Control costs through effective labor planning and inventory management Day-to-Day Operations & Team Leadership Partner with the Field Superintendent to oversee daily field operations Lead workforce planning, including hiring, staffing levels, and backlog coverage Manage employee performance matters including attendance, development, and pay increases Address employee issues in a timely, fair, and professional manner Project Management Oversight Provide direct oversight of all roofing installations for the location Attend jobsite meetings, walkthroughs, and periodic site visits to ensure quality and progress Manage project submittals, material procurement, progress billings, and closeout documentation Sales & Business Development Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Develop new business through local associations, networking, and industry events Drive continuous project procurement through general contractors and building owners \*\** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: keri@wisconsincountrystaffing.com This position is listed by a private employment agency.
