CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow Engagement Lead position for our client.
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Duties:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex ServiceNow engagements, managing scope, schedule, budget, and governance across multiple parallel workstreams
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Facilitate executive-level communications including workshops, steering committee meetings, and status reporting
Ensure all platform configurations and architectural decisions comply with FedRAMP security standards and public sector regulatory requirements
Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., NowCreate), including sprint planning, backlog management, and RIDAC tracking
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Architects to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction
Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and dependencies in a high-stakes, regulated environment
Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication skills (critical requirement), with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
Deep expertise across ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, etc.)
Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Strong understanding of FedRAMP compliance and governance frameworks
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to lead with a hands-on approach while mentoring and guiding junior team members
Experience:
8+ years of progressive experience in IT consulting or professional services
Minimum 5 years leading ServiceNow implementations across multiple modules
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale digital transformation programs
Experience working in public sector environments, preferably within FedRAMP or similar regulated cloud frameworks
Proven track record managing complex, multi-workstream enterprise initiatives
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
Additional Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Ability to work onsite full-time in Columbus, OH
Strong leadership style with a hands-on approach to delivery and issue resolution
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $63.00 to $68.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
