Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise customer support staff across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Oversee daily operations, including vehicle scheduling, availability, and workflow efficiency
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution Monitor team performance and maintain high service standards
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
  • Support billing, payments, and operational reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (customer service or operations preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling tools
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
