Five Guy Car Rentals is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead our front-line operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and supervise customer support staff across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Oversee daily operations, including vehicle scheduling, availability, and workflow efficiency
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution Monitor team performance and maintain high service standards
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage
- Support billing, payments, and operational reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (customer service or operations preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling tools
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
