Dental Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Specialist
Craig Dental Center | Waukee, IA

Craig Dental Center is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring accurate and efficient insurance processing.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in patients in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations
  • Post payments and review treatment plans with patients
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Prior dental front office and/or insurance experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of dental insurance, including PPOs and coordination of benefits
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft preferred) is a plus

  • Full-time | Monday–Friday
