Driver Services Associate

Job Description

Work Hours: 9AM-6PM

Description

Owner/Operator Amount Settlements:

  • Process weekly settlement for owner/operators including adjustment to settlement amount due recurring vouchers and drayage for vendor of assigned trucking companies.
  • Preparation of owner/operator settlement checks and related documentation for vendor of assigned trucking company.
  • Proactively assist with resolution of owner/operator settlement Amount issues for vendor of assigned trucking companies.
  • Coordination of weekly owner/operator settlements distribution process for vendor of assigned trucking companies.
  • Issue via EFS checks requests for account deposits
  • Request Approvals and issue via EFS escrow advance requests

Owner/Operator Account Maintenance- Vendor and Escrow:

  • Update in Great Plains and related administrative software all changes for Owner/Operators for assigned trucking companies.
  • Set-up and maintenance of Owner/Operator escrow accounts and recurring vouchers for related deductions for vendor of assigned trucking companies.
  • Process Escrow Releases according to terms provided within Owner/Operator Augmentation Agreement for assigned trucking companies.
  • Review and validate that escrow account balances and maintained correctly for assigned trucking companies.
  • Maintain proper review and control over negative driver vendor account balances for vendor of assigned trucking companies.
  • Promptly process adjustments for inactive vendors
  • (a)Close escrow accounts into accounts payable
  • (b) Verify that all insurance is paid for the final month vendor performed work for vendor of assigned trucking company
  • Monitor loan and accident deductions to properly maintain O/O deductions

Vendor Payable Processing:

  • Review and input invoices for owner/operator insurance programs for vendors of assigned trucking companies.
  • Review and input invoices for owner/operator fuel card purchases for vendors of assigned trucking companies.
  • Process all vouchers for Settlements of driver-related deductions for vendors of assigned trucking companies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
