An ever-growing company is currently seeking an Account Representative for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Franklin, MA.
Responsibilities of Account Representative:
-Inform customers on products and services provided and provide quotes
-Resolve problems with products in an efficient manner
-Process orders received through the computer or over the phone
-Enter and maintain customer accounts and other relevant data in computer system
-Close sales and create and pull related reports
-Order supplies for promotional items, office, and breakroom
-Responsible for registering sales personnel for trade shows
-Assist with advertisements and website maintenance
-Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Account Representative:
-Minimum High School Diploma or GED
-At least 13 years customer service experience in person and over phone
-13-15 years of order entry experience
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, SAP experience preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Great attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Good interpersonal skills
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $30.65/ hr
