As a PREMIUM Market Manager, you hold a pivotal position in driving success for our clients and customers. Your strategic leadership, business acumen, and effective communication are essential for achieving exceptional results. Let’s delve into the details:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Team Management: Lead the PREMIUM Senior Area Manager/Area Manager team within your assigned geographic market. This involves interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, conflict resolution, and career development. You’re the driving force behind a high-performing team.

2. Business Acumen

  • In-Depth Understanding: Develop a profound grasp of Premium’s business model, client expectations, and the intricacies of project work processes. Your insights fuel informed decision-making.

3. Client and Customer Relations

  • Primary Interface: Act as the primary interface with clients and customers in your market. Establish and nurture business partnerships, generate new opportunities, and ensure project work is completed on time and with exceptional quality.
  • Collaboration with Operations Support Center: Collaborate closely with the Operations Support Center to proactively address any project issues or concerns. Showcase your expertise in meticulously managing expenses across the markets overseen by each Area Manager.

4. Guidance and Support

  • Best Practices: Provide clear direction and support to the PREMIUM Senior Area Managers/Area Managers. Share best practices, discuss schedules, meet goals, and foster an effective working relationship.
  • Team Building: Help Area Managers build high-performing teams in each area of your market.

5. Effective Communication

  • Reporting and Solutions: Report observations, issues, and innovative business solutions to the PREMIUM Regional Director, Retail Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President.

6. Efficient Operations

  • Web-Based Proficiency: Skillfully navigate web-based applications to initiate project work, distribute project documentation, maintain profiles, assign tasks, monitor progress, track work details, and manage training activities. Leverage Acosta’s retail reports and systems.

7. Documentation Excellence

  • Thorough Documentation: Prepare, process, submit, and manage project-related documentation for the PREMIUM Senior Area Manager/Area Manager team.

8. Adaptability and Initiative

  • Proactive Approach: Be proactive and take the lead when necessary. Your adaptability ensures agility in addressing challenges and needs
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in progressive management/supervisory roles. Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or merchandising is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools.
  • Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license.
