We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of two years of kitchen experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.

Compensation

Salary: 60,000 - 75,000 based on experience

Position Overview

The Executive Sous Chef serves as the kitchen’s second-in-command and plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. In this role, you will:

  • Support and collaborate closely with the Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Oversee food preparation and assist in coordinating the line during peak service hours.
  • Contribute to the training, development, and mentorship of kitchen staff.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges as they arise and assume leadership responsibilities in the Chef’s absence.

This position combines hands-on culinary work, team leadership, and essential operational support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
