rAPPOINTMENT: June 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES: To assist in enforcing eligibility and

certification processes by monitoring and evaluating the academic performance of all student-athletes at Western Illinois University and to provide appropriate support and programming (academic, athletic, career development, personal development, and service) activities for student-athletes.

RANK & SALARY: 12-month appointment. \$53,000 - \$57,000 per year,

commensurate with experience.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master\'s degree.
  • Experience with academic advising and student life-skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in academic advising at the NCAA DI level.

accredited degree-granting institution of higher education (or equivalent from an international accrediting body). Unless otherwise stated, the degree must be conferred at the time of appointment.*
