Role Overview:
The Wealth Brokerage Product Manager is responsible for shaping, overseeing, and evolving the firm’s brokerage offerings—such as annuities, insurance, and structured investments—to support Key Investment Services priorities. The role emphasizes advancing product capabilities through analysis of market dynamics, close partnership with internal stakeholders and external providers, and a consistent focus on delivering a high‑quality advisor and client experience.

Within Key Investment Services, this position manages the full lifecycle of transactional investment products and related platforms, from strategy and design through pricing and ongoing enhancement. The Product Manager defines the product roadmap, guides development, and drives continuous optimization to balance growth, profitability, and risk objectives. Serving as a trusted subject matter expert, the role works across distribution, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to translate client and advisor insights into competitive solutions. Accountability includes financial performance, volume outcomes, and leadership of initiatives that strengthen the overall transactional investment offering and support sustainable business growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic direction for brokerage products including but limited to annuity, insurance, and structured investment products.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through ongoing optimization.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with growth, risk, and client experience objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across distribution, operations, technology, risk, and compliance.
  • Leverage market, competitive, and performance insights to inform product decisions.
  • Translate advisor and client feedback into prioritized product enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain accountability for financial performance, volume, and key business outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and support operational effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership to product and support teams as the role evolves.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, including wealth management and product deployment
  • Proficiency with annuity, insurance and structured product platforms
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills
  • Advanced certifications preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial planning and product implementation
  • Series 7 and Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Management experience preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $96,000.00 - $181,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
